We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the center of town, and surrounded by beautiful ancient Roman Bath architecture. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even arranged a special breakfast-to-go for my son when he had exams, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The spa and pool area was wonderful, with a fantastic indoor swimming pool that stayed open late. We also loved the great menu and local wines at the restaurant. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is also perfect for families.

Spent Christmas at this mid-class spa hotel and it was fantastic. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from including fresh fruits, yoghurt, and delicious pastries. The large indoor swimming pool was perfect for taking a dip, and the sauna selection was impressive. The hotel's location was ideal, easily accessible and close to other nearby attractions. The massage staff was experienced, and the views from the balcony were picturesque.

The elevator was slow, and the underground car-park was quite small. , there was no air conditioning in the rooms, so it could get a bit warm during the summer.

Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and the spa facilities were very enjoyable. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions. Also, the breakfast had a great variety and quality, perfect to start the day off right. Additionally, the hotel's location provided easy access to local restaurants and shops.

Sadly, the rooms were a bit worn out, and there was inconsistent hot water in the bathroom. However, it didn't significantly affect our stay, as we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's amenities.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was so close to the center of town, and we could easily get to everything we needed. the view was lovely, and we appreciated the nice bathroom and comfortable room. the breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of fresh items to choose from. Plus, the facility had plenty of amenities and room advantages that we appreciated, including the swiming pool.

The hotel management really needs to work on customer service. We had a negative experience with the staff who were unapproachable and not attentive to our needs.

We loved the hotel's location, close to everything and so close to the downtown area. The breakfast selection was great with a broad assortment of food. The staff was friendly and professional, really helpful during our stay. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with many saunas and a wonderful swimming pool at perfect temperature.
